Trade conditions
Dispatch.
UniversalWeb.dk returns tasks with the same shipment type as they are received, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
UniversalWeb.dk recommend the use of parcel shipping, which can be traced via Post Danmark Track & Trace system.
UniversalWeb.dk assumes no responsibility for lost mail. For parcels cease Universalweb.dk 's liability for such postings.
Charge.
UniversalWeb.dk settles all jobs per day. invoice at the completion of the task. Payment is 8 days net from invoice date. Late payment expected 100 kr in advance fee, but maximum 3 reminder before this is transferred to recovery.
For sales of major tasks is UniversalWeb.dk entitled to pre-charge 50% when signing the contract and the balance after completion of task. However, within 3 months after the task starts.
If delivery is deferred because of the client relationship of any kind, the customer is obliged to pay UniversalWeb.dk as if delivery had been made on time. This may be waived by written agreement with UniversalWeb.dk
All materials and content to the website provided by the customer, if this fails to materialize, is considered the site for complete when the Joomla and theme are configured.

Complaints
The customer is obliged to immediately upon receipt of operation carried out to verify this, including examining the quality and quantity is equivalent to what was agreed. Does the customer that this is not the case, the customer within 5 days of receipt, in writing to UniversalWeb.dk thereof.
If the delivery is not quality or quantity corresponds to what was agreed, has UniversalWeb.dk right to do the job on or after delivery. By repeatedly missing on the same task, the client has the right to cancel the entire task.
Limitation of Liability
Any claim against UniversalWeb.dk can never exceed the invoice amount to the task.
UniversalWeb.dk has in no way responsible for loss of profits or other indirect or secondary losses of the customer.
It should be noted that UniversalWeb.dk can not be held liable for damage and disruption that may arise as a result of hacker attacks or anomalies on Web hotel or the Internet generally.
Customer shall at all times while ensuring that data and other information is not lost by standing to take backup of files and databases
Disputes
UniversalWeb.dk will at all times, abide by the decisions of Consumer Complaints.
If no agreement can be reached through dialogue, any dispute between UniversalWeb.dk and the customer will be settled according to Danish law and legislation
Force Majeure
Should delivery be prevented due to force majeure, exempting it UniversalWeb.dk from any liability, and UniversalWeb.dk reserves the right to fully or partially to cancel or postpone the delivery.
Under Force Majeure fall primarily labor disputes, war or military call, blockade, barricade, political unrest, government intervention, extreme weather, lack of drive means or circumstances, moreover, outside UniversalWeb.dk 'ability to meet its delivery commitments.
Trade conditions can be changed.
